Phoenix Medicare started its operation by the year 1991 and was incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1998. Phoenix has spread its business all over India to increase its customer reach. Phoenix is a marketing partner for fortune 500 companies manufacturing life saving medical devices.

Accounts and Finance Department is manned by qualified accounting professionals who have thorough expertise and experience in number crunching and data analysis, from cash inflows and outflows to maintenance of payment to suppliers.

Use of latest technology practices like the best in class accounting software SAP is deployed for high quality book keeping.

Inventory & Logistics

The Inventory and Logistics Department comprises well trained staff who are well versed in on-time/same day delivery. They are thoroughly trained in inventory management and understand the value accruing from optimizing inventory holdings.

The logistics are integrated with SAP at all our branches, to draw in efficiencies.

Customer Care Management

We have dedicated back office support and Customer Care Executives rendering services round the clock to respond to any queries about any services/supplies with products like Pacemakers, Spinal Implants & Surgical staplers. These Customer Care Executives are trained in Customer Relationship Management and Best Practices so as to deliver customer delight – right up to the last customer in the last mile.

Marketing and Sales

Our In house Marketing and Product Management team is an integral part of our Sales Team who will coordinate on marketing strategies, conduct Product training, chalk out plans with our channel partners, Distributors and also implement the strategies to deliver optimal performance. We have conducted many National level Workshops and Participated in National and international Congress to develop and Promote different Brands The latest marketing practices and strategies are deployed by well trained and qualified professional Marketing Team, to boost the performance of the Sales Team from concept to completion.

Our sales team consults directly with physicians and hospitals to ensure our brands and products are well recognized and received. Our brand recognition is built on professional education, evidence based medicine and knowledge sharing.

Tie-up with Daig for cardiac catheters. Acknowledged as Number One Distributor for medical record chart paper.

1998

Subdistributor for AVE cardiac devices, market leaders in their region.Best Distributor Award for Medtronic Inc for entire South Asia.

2001

Tie-up with St Jude, major player in pacemaker market, for south India.Forayed into drugs sector as Distributor for Integrillin.

2002

Opened branches in Hyderabad and Kochi.

2003-09

Tie-up with Covidien, Beckman Coulter and Edward Life Science.

2010

Tie-up with AGA, USA.

2012

Phoenix Medicare becomes a PAN India CompanyTie-up With Ulrich Medical (Germany) Spine implants for PAN India and Launched Spine Division.

2013

Surgical Instruments Division Launched PAN India.All India Tie-Up with Star Way Medical for Cardi-O- Fix Heart Occluders.

2016

Phoenix medicare launched new products on own brand and started operation in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, & Gujarat
